
Students from Léman International School Chengdu recently achieved outstanding results in two prestigious international competitions: the 2026 BPhO Online Intermediate Physics Challenge and the 2026 Intermediate Mathematical Challenge (UKMT-IMC).
The BPhO Online Intermediate Physics Challenge is an international physics competition that tests students’ problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and understanding of fundamental physics concepts. In this year’s challenge, Yeongjun L. (Year 12) earned a Global Silver Award, and Minwoo K. (Year 11) received a Global Bronze Award, showcasing their strong abilities in physics.




The UKMT Intermediate Mathematical Challenge (IMC) is a highly respected UK-based mathematics competition that encourages creativity, logical reasoning, and mathematical insight. Zeyuan Z. (Year 10) achieved a remarkable Global Gold Award and was also recognized as Best in School, demonstrating excellence in mathematical thinking and problem-solving.
