Dear Parents and Students

Thank you to the many of you who have already completed the Parent Satisfaction Survey. We really appreciate the feedback that you have to offer.

Customer service shouldn’t just be a department, it should be the entire company.”

To those who have not yet had the opportunity to complete the survey, please click here to provide us with your feedback.

Last Monday, I delivered presentations on pupil progress at NAISAK since the introduction of assessments by the Centre for Evaluation and Monitoring (CEM) from Durham University in the northeast of England.  The presentations were divided up between the Primary School, which follows Interactive Computerised Assessments (InCAS) and Secondary School, which follows Middle Years Information System (MidYIS) and Year Eleven Information System (Yellis) assessments.  I was extremely pleased with the turnout and the interesting discussions that took place.  Should any parents like additional information about how the CEM assessments operate, please do not hesitate to contact me.  It would be best to contact your child’s Classroom Teacher or Form Tutor if you have questions about their specific performance on the assessments.  As per our standard practice, we aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours and are more than happy to arrange for a meeting to further discuss any of your questions.

The CEM assessments provide a useful benchmark for students’ level of achievement.  Moving forward, we will monitor progress against this benchmark to help ensure every child realises their potential.

I am pleased to report that the hard courts that are being constructed are on schedule and we look forward to being able to use them during the third term.
