Speaking at the IPSEF Asia conference today as a keynote speaker, Peter Burdon (Chief Operating Officer) discussed the recent development of Nord Anglia Education.
Peter illustrated how the improvements in educational quality had led to rapid growth in pupil numbers and an enlarged family of schools. The audience, which was drawn from the educational community across the globe, were fascinated to hear how the focus on High Performance Learning, the Global Classroom and Nord Anglia University would be critical to the further improvement in quality.
During a Q&A session, Peter identified the calibre of teachers and their development as a key success factor for any school organisation. He also highlighted that good engagement with parents was also important for students’ progression and the marketing of the schools.
