We are excited to announce that we have officially completed the acquisition of six schools from Meritas. The six schools are a significant addition to our family, which now includes 41 schools educating over 32,000 students in 15 countries worldwide.
In addition to strengthening our presence in North America, Europe and China, our new schools will also enhance our boarding provision and expand our educational offering to include the US curriculum.
