At St Andrews International School Bangkok we are working as a team to give each child the best possible opportunities for their future.
However, we realise that from time to time communication can break down and problems arise. We want to keep these to a minimum by being open and consistent and working in partnership with the parents. However, if a problem should arise the complaints procedure will ensure that difficulties are resolved quickly and smoothly.
Should you have any improvements you would like the school to make or any problems, issues or complaints about any of the school’s services, systems or procedures, please contact the School Office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org . The Head of School reviews all of these emails and will ensure that it is passed on to the relevant department to be resolved.
