I graduated in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of York. In addition to that I had a chance to briefly study at the University of Illinois as an exchange student. Soon after I obtained my degree, I decided to go into teaching and continued my education at Durham University where I earned my PGCE in Physics and Mathematics. I have since taught in the UK, Thailand, and China where I got my experience in teaching IB curriculum.
My spare time is filled with reading, watching competitive e-sports, working out and spending time with my wife.
St Andrews is truly different from all other schools I worked for because students' well-being is the front and centre of all decisions taken by the staff working here. Additional resources committed to students' well-being and academic performance are absolutely world-class, and I couldn't be happier to be part of this community. When I was in secondary school I played for my local football team as a goalkeeper.
"I think students appreciate my, kindness, approachability, and ability to explain complex topics in a way that makes them easy to understand. I always strive to make students reach their potential."
