I graduated from Strathclyde University in 1997 with a BA in Literature. In 2001, I moved to Thailand to teach English to children in Thai private schools. In 2002, I began working at a British International School in Bangkok as a classroom teacher. In 2004, I then moved to another Primary International school, to initiate and lead the EAL program. During my time there, I completed a PGCE and became a classroom teacher working in both KS1 and KS2. I moved to St Andrews in 2011, as a class teacher within the KS2 department. In 2014, I became the Foundations subjects (Art, History & Geography) coordinator.
My wife Golf and I have two children. Leon was born in 2016 and our daughter Sahara followed three years later. Both of our children attend St Andrews. Football is a great passion of mine and I have really enjoyed coaching our U9 boys football team since 2012.
There is such a wide variety of experiences and opportunities available to the children.
