I taught at Thai government school for three years before I decided to work at Saint Andrews International. I believed that working here as a Learning Support Assistant will widen my horizon as an educator and besides working with students who have learning difficulties/special needs is a challenging task and very rewarding. I like playing basketball and it’s my passion. This passion helps me to develop good rapport among students. I am an enthusiastic person. I have enough motivation for myself and my department. I don’t do things that I don’t enjoy. I taught English at my previous school and worked with few number of staff, so I find it difficult to compare when it comes to approaches in teaching, though I would say that this school, Saint Andrews School, has more advance facilities that really help to keep students engaged in learning.
