Head of Primary PE and Sport

Since joining St Andrews in 2013, I’m honoured to be a part of our development and growth. Our Primary School sports programme has gone from strength to strength and I am proud of the role I have played in giving more children the opportunity to learn, develop, and enjoy sport at St Andrews.

St Andrews has a sports programme unlike any other I have experienced. The PE teachers and coaches are all motivated and work together to give the best possible sporting education and development for the children. The children are enthusiastic about wanting to improve in their lessons and strive to be the best they can be in the many teams that are offered.

A major part of my life has always been sport. I enjoy being part of a team and most of all competing - and no I do not like to lose. I became the captain of the football, basketball and cricket team at my High School and played football for Swindon Town up until I was 16.

My hobbies include football, golf, tennis and squash, plus listening to music. I have three children, so a major part of my life is spending time doing exciting things with them. I have always loved to travel and Thailand is a great place to take my children and family to many amazing places.

I look forward to continually improving the PE opportunities for all children and making the sports programme here at St Andrews the best it can be.
