Lights, camera... Action! 

The Nord Anglia Performing Arts Festival is a dynamic program that unites students ages 10 to 15 from 20 Nord Anglia Education schools across the Americas. Students will build friendships and expand their artistry through  workshops, rehearsals, collaborative projects, and performances.  

Your child will learn from renowned educators and artists affiliated with The Juilliard School, and the festival will culminate in a performance at one of South Florida’s premier performing arts center.

Read about the exciting activities we have lined up for your child in this sample itinerary.

Day 1: Arrival and Opening Activities 

After registering and settling into the International Village, students will participate in welcome activities. In the evening, we’ll celebrate the start of the Nord Anglia Education Performing Arts Festival with social and performance events at the school. 

Day 2: Rehearsals, Workshops and Evening Performance 

Students will participate in rehearsals and workshops with faculty and guest artists throughout the day. In the evening, we’ll attend a group dinner and an exciting professional performance.   

Day 3: Rapids Water Park, Rehearsals and Community Building Activities 

In the morning we'll visit  Rapids Water Park for some fun in the sun. After returning from the park, students will participate in rehearsals for the student showcase and enjoy dinner and community building activities at the school. 

Day 4: Dress Rehearsals, and Student Showcase 

On this day we'll put the finishing touches on our repertoire and collaborative pieces and prepare for our dress rehearsal. In the evening, we'll share our efforts with our community through an exciting performance at one of South Florida’s premier performing arts centers, followed by a reception. 

Day 5: Shopping Trip, Workshops and Dinner Cruise

In the morning, students will have the opportunity to shop and have lunch at one of South Florida’s premier malls. After lunch, we will return to North Broward Prep for the last workshops of the Festival. In the evening, students will enjoy a farewell dinner cruise on the Intracoastal Waterway. 

Day 6: Departure

As our inspiring festival comes to an end, students and chaperones will be transported from the International Village to the airport via coach. All departure times will be pre-arranged according to each schools’ flight time.
