Dance

Dance Programme

Our Summer 2021 offering in Dance will focus on self-expression through movement, with a strong emphasis on choreography and individual creative development. It is appropriate for a wide range of movement backgrounds and home spaces. We facilitate a positive, inspiring virtual environment that encourages both interpersonal collaboration and personal reflection. Students will train in a range of dance techniques in group and private settings, and gain skills in improvisation, choreography and performance. The program will build towards a virtual recital of choreography created especially for this online setting, and a short dance film compiled of the students’ own choreography.
