Hannah Gough joined La Côte International School in 2015 as the After-School Activities Coordinator. She has a Master’s degree in Zoology and worked in international conservation of endangered species, before applying her research background to medical science. She is a published author in both areas of science, and made a film trekking up Mt. Kenya that was shown on National Geographic TV. Life-long education is important to Hannah who won a UK National award for creating an education seminar programme for physicians. Hannah was born in the UK, and grew up in Canada before settling in Switzerland for the past 9 years (her 11th country of residence, others include Mauritius, Australia, St. Lucia, South Africa, France!). She loves natural history, animals, gardening, and being active in the majestic local lakes, forests and mountains.
