Robert has taught Mathematics for fourteen years; five years in a state school in Cambridge, UK, and nine years in a British International School in Brunei Darussalam, where he also acted as a Head of Year for Key Stage 4 students.
Robert has a great interest in Mathematics and thoroughly enjoys the different approaches that students take when learning new concepts. Robert has also been the coordinator for the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award for Young People and is a qualified instructor of both students and staff. He firmly believes that a broad approach to education including extra-curricular activities and leadership training is the best way for students to prepare themselves for the future. Robert’s interests include travel, wildlife and writing. Robert joined BIS Hanoi in August 2013.
