Spanish Teacher

'Learning through laughter'

I joined the British International School of Charlotte because I do believe that BISC is one of the most important schools in the Queen City area.  Its education is personalized and this is a very strong tool for teaching and learning.

As a native Spanish teacher, I became professionally trained and experienced in working with students of all ages and speaking levels.  I developed a masterful technique in helping my students to understand not only how to speak Spanish but also how to read and write as well. Due to the ever-increasing tools in technology, our world is much smaller than it ever has been. As global and distance boundaries between countries are dissolving, the need for learning the Spanish language has become a necessary component in order to remain competitive in this global market.

I am originally from Colombia, South America.  My family and I will become U.S. citizens in spring 2016 including my husband and three terrific kids.  Also, I don't want to forget about Bruno, our wonderful German Shephard dog.
