Book Week is always one of the best events at BSG, and this year we were lucky to be joined by three of the UK's best-loved writers and illustrators.

Students were entertained, enlightened and energised by the storytellers' exciting tales, and had a chance to create and perform their own.

They also took part in 'snuggle up and read' with hot chocolate, story-writing workshops and dress-up day!

With the theme of mythical beasts and magical creatures, there were some unusual sights lurking around the corridors — and that was just the teachers!
