Message from Primary - 24th February

Over the last two weeks, we have been having Primary Challenges, whereby teachers and members of the School Council are looking out fantastic examples of lining up and walking through school in an orderly and sensible fashion. Classes have then been awarded tokens based on the teamwork shown by all members of the class. During our Thursday assembly Kai and Jana, our Head Boy and Head Girl respectively have been awarding certificates to those classes who have achieved the most tokens.

Tigers Sports Report

This weekend the NAIS Pudong Tiger Sharks competed in the Shanghai Swim League Championships held at SAS Pudong. The team welcomed new swimmers Jarrod Lee, Rebecca McGee, Alex McKenzie, Ethan Lang and Penny Kim. All of our newest members swam exceptionally well and were awarded heat winner ribbons.

Message from the Principal - 24th February

In the teaching profession we spend an inordinate amount of time tracking and counting dates; weeks left in a unit of work, classes until the next assessment cycle, days until the IB exams, rehearsals until a school performance, et cetera.

Jeongwoo Kim

Congratulations Jeongwoo Kim!

Congratulations go to Jeongwoo Kim from Year 12 who was selected to embark on a five-day trip to both IE University locations (Madrid and Segovia)

Getting Ready to Write

There are a number of crucial development stages to explore before children even pick up a pencil to write. At NAIS Pudong we want all of our children to be enabled and successful writers. In Early Years we place a great importance on understanding the small steps of physical development and dexterity, how they link into mark making and what we can do on a daily basis to support and extend children in their progress.
