After graduating from Northumbria University, Andrew spent the first ten years of his career working in marketing. Andrew is passionate about the delivery of exciting, innovative and engaging learning experiences that make a difference to the lives of the children he teaches.  This is what brought him to teaching and it is this that continues to be his driving force today.  His educational philosophy is centered on fostering a culture of fun and diversity to ensure that children are exposed to a range of experiences that enable them to practise and reinforce their learning.  He has successfully developed whole school teaching models in the UK using this approach in curriculum areas including; phonics, early years, maths and special education.
