What a great week of Primary Sport. Basketball has featured massively this week with TISAC and BISAC Games, plus the BISAC End of Season Tournament. Also, our Dancers defended their title at the TISAC Dance competition.
Our new House Captains and Reps were announced following a long campaign season. Recent competitions revolving around global issues have produced thoughtful work from STA students.
Basketball continues to dominate the headlines with more chances and experiences gained for St Andrews children. Our older swimmers had their first meet of the year. And we check in on the amazing progress in golf and tennis.
To help ease the pressure on the car park, we will be introducing three new secure student drop off zones, as well as expanding and making better use of the current drop off zone. The issue of air quality has, unfortunately, come around a bit earlier this school year … so we review the school air quality policy which is in place at STA.
Primary Sport action coming thick and fast! Our young athletes were in action again with more basketball and football, plus it was the turn of our swimmers in their first Meet of the Year!
Primary School was blessed by visiting musician Andy Gleadhill to help with students’ World Peace Day activities… Our ECAs and sports programmes have a record number of participants thanks to a wider range of opportunities and re-thinking of how these programmes should be offered to our student population.
