Year 4 Trip to Makerspace

Year 4 Trip to Makerspace Year 4 visited Makerspace in Al Zeina on Monday, 13th June to finish their Art project on stenciling. Year 4 visited Makerspace in Al Zeina on Monday, 13th June to finish their Art project on stenciling.

Using the designs they created in school, the students enhanced their work by using a digital art programme before using the workshop’s state-of-the-art machinery to cut out the stencil using a laser. 
 
Once completed, the designs were then pressed onto a reusable bag for the students to keep and use as an alternative to plastic bags. 

Students had a lovely time creating and learning new Artistic skills. ‘The best trip ever’ was heard on numerous occasions on the bus back to school.
