Our sixth form curriculum
In Years 12 and 13 at our sixth form in Tashkent, our students delve deeper into their chosen subjects. As they prepare for university entrance – and start thinking about careers – they become specialists in their fields, typically studying for three or four A-levels.
Our students choose from a wide range of A-level subjects, including art, biology, business, chemistry, English literature, geography, history, maths, computer science, physics, and Russian.
While academic success is a priority, we place significant emphasis on the whole student experience. Our Advantage Programme, which includes service, outreach, and social responsibility activities, develops our students’ confidence, emotional maturity, independence, sense of purpose, and resilience.
Applying to university
At our sixth form in Tashkent, we’ll help your child choose, prepare, and apply for university. This includes keeping an eye on their progress throughout their A-level programme, suggesting areas for academic and personal development, and guiding your family through the application process. Our sixth form team will also support them to write university applications and personal statements. We can organise mock interviews, too.
We also have close links with several top universities, enabling our students to explore their options through virtual visits. Our recent graduates have gone to Cambridge, Sciences Po in Paris, Warwick, Manchester, Toronto and Edinburgh.
