CISA Cross-country was a huge success! Tuesday was a little grey, but the rain stayed away and the temperature was perfect for running. We were joined by schools from across Chengdu and had excellent competition throughout the day. Our LFA ran an extremely busy stall with drinks, snacks and delicious homemade waffles keeping runners warm and happy throughout the event.
Beyond the camaraderie and the joy of competition, Léman posted excellent results all day long. Our training during PHE lessons paid off, as we won many races throughout the day, leading to the Team Championship for our runners. It was truly special to see our student-athletes from Grade 1 all the way through to Grade 11 coming together to earn success.
Our cross-country season wrapped up with ACAMIS Cross-country Saturday, November 17th. We hosted schools from around China and had a fun and exciting day.
