BBGV Charity Fun Run is back!

This year, the 5^th BBGV Fun Run will be held on November 3, 2019 (Sunday) at the British University of Vietnam’s campus in Ecopark and is expected to welcome over 7000 participants.

The annual Fun Run for Charity is the biggest event amongst a wide range of BBGV charitable activities. Last year, the fourth edition in Hanoi had over 6,000 attendees and over USD 28,000 was raised to support charitable projects such as Operation Smile Vietnam, Christina Noble Children’s Foundation, Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation, Huong La Centre for Disabled and Abandoned Children, etc.

The event is aimed at supporting various BBGV Charities and BIS Hanoi will be a key sponsor of this event. As a major sponsor, we have been allocated a number of free entries for the event. Therefore if you wish to participate please register here. It would be great to see as many students and parents as possible supporting this event. It is a 5km route and participants can run or walk as quickly or as slowly as they wish. The important thing is to participate and have a fun morning as a school community and, in turn, support various charities in Vietnam.

Program details:

• 5 km run or walk – with the participation of the British Ambassador to Vietnam

• Entertainment: Performance by Pop Star Đàm Vĩnh Hưng, flash-mob.

• Lucky Draw

• Activities at the fair: Food stalls, activities from sponsor’s booth

• Picnic: Participants could stay afterward to have a picnic with their friends and family while enjoying the eco-friendly atmosphere at Ecopark.
