House Dodgeball Competition

13 November 2015

Over the last 2 weeks, many Secondary students have been participating in the House Dodgeball competition.

  • Dodgeball competition 20151113 (2)
  • Dodgeball competition 20151113 (5)
  • Dodgeball competition 20151113 (3)
  • Dodgeball competition 20151113 (1)
  • Dodgeball competition 20151113 (4)

It has been fantastic to see the number of students who have been getting involved as well as supporting their house. The enthusiasm of the students cannot be faulted and the teamwork and support across year groups has created a great atmosphere for each competition.

Years 8 and 9 have completed their competition this week. The scores resulted in a final between Hue and Saigon where Saigon eventually went on to win the competition and gain the title of champions. Next week, on Monday 16th November, Year 7 will have their final games. The Year 10 and 11 competition has also resulted in a tie between Saigon and Hue so a final has been scheduled for Tuesday 17th November.

A big ‘thank you’ must go to all the staff that helped make this event successful whether it be refereeing, supporting or helping with equipment. In addition, thank you to Anh Shun (9B) who has helped out every lunch time when he has not been competing.
