The aim of the RAK CLUB is to encourage positive interactions in our school community. Being a GLOBAL CITIZEN of the future should start with kindness and understanding. With this in mind our pupils started thinking of things they could do, in order to simply say ‘Thank you’ and show that they CARE. Let the pupils tell you about it:

We wrote a nice letter to thank a teacher who had helped us. We wrote 5 reasons to thank them. Furthermore, we gave it to the teacher secretly! (Lan Anh – Emma 5V)

This ribbon we made is for one student in this school who was kind to us. This is a present to thank them.  After that, when we have made the ribbon we give it to the student with a little note! (Van Anh - Christine 5V)

Mr Clarke runs the RAK CLUB on a Monday at 3:00pm and I have been lucky to have visited this very special club a few times, it is always a pleasure to see the children so happy and engaged in what have at times been top secret missions!

The last task to complete this term is a poster for the grandparents.  Mr Clarke and the students have a lot more planned, all of which is designed simply to make you smile, so watch this space.
