Sharon has taught in primary schools both in the UK and overseas for 18 years. In her last school, she worked as a Deputy Headteacher where she was responsible for leading developments in teaching and learning, and tracking pupil attainment and progress. Prior to that she worked in Singapore at Tanglin Trust School, where she was Head of Year 4. She has a wealth of experience in teaching children in both Key Stage 1 and 2 and has worked as a Coordinator of English, Maths and ICT.

When not working, Sharon enjoys travelling and keeping fit. She also likes a new challenge and this year is learning to play golf. Sharon is also married to Nick, Deputy Head (Primary).
