Sean graduated from university in 2011 with a degree in International Business. During his degree, he studied in Spain at the University of Valencia and completed a marketing internship in Barcelona. Several summer camps in USA led him to realise his passion lay with working with young people. Upon finishing university, he pursued a career in teaching and moved to South Korea where he worked in a middle school for two years. On completion, Sean moved back to the UK to gain Qualified Teacher Status, taking up a teaching role there.
Sean has lived in Vietnam for four years now and has spent three of those in a middle leadership position at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 levels, along with teaching Business Studies and assisting students in achieving outstanding results. He has a passion for pastoral care and ensuring that every student is held to high expectations.
Sean lives in Hanoi with his wife and they love exploring the culture cuisine and country of Vietnam, and more widely in SE Asia. He likes to keep fit and is a keen sportsman and sports’ fan.
