OUR PRIMARY SCHOOL CURRICULUM

At LCIS, our primary students follow a bespoke programme that blends the English National Curriculum and the International Primary Curriculum (IPC). Designed to be academically stimulating while helping students to achieve personal learning goals, the IPC is followed in more than 90 countries.

We use the IPC to encourage students to connect their learning to real-world applications in subjects such as History, Geography, Science, Art, Technology, International Mindedness and Society. We teach subjects including Maths, English, and Science through the academically rigorous English National Curriculum.

With a tailored range of language options, our primary school supports students in mastering French from beginner level to bilingual fluency. Our older primary students may also choose to study German as an additional language.
