Call For Sponsors and Vendors

We are pleased to announce the date of our Léman International School Chengdu Winter Wonderland 2023, which is to be held on Saturday, December 9 from 10am - 2pm at our campus. We would be delighted if you could join us as a Sponsor or one of our Vendors to help us make this day an exciting and enjoyable one for our families and visitors, as well as helps us raise funds for our chosen local charities. 

Winter Wonderland at Léman International School Chengdu is a fun event for both children and adults alike to enjoy! There will be performances, music, activities, food and photo opportunites, and we expect more than 500 visitors to attend the Fair, so we are able to guarantee a high degree of exposure for all our sponsors and vendors. 

Our community will be encouraged to take an active part in the Fair, by enthusiastically participating in different games and activities organised by our teachers, parents and vendors and raise funds to lend a substantial support to local charities. 

We are looking for vendors that provide: 

• Food & Drinks 

• Snacks & Bakery 

• Ornaments, jewellery, handcrafted goods 

• Children’s toys 

• Winter festivals theme goods & gifts 

• Others 

If you are interested in being a vendor or a sponsor at our event, please add the date in your diary. Scan the QR code to register.  Please be aware that the registrations will close on November 23rd at 5 pmand will be on first come first serve with limited booths available. 

If your Vendor’s registration is approved, we will contact you to arrange the booking fee by  November 25th, 2023. 

As  a vendor, you can also choose to become a Raffle Sponsor. Should you like to offer any  gifts  or vouchers, please let us  know. We will be happy to advertise your company under Raffle Sponsor banners.
