Last Friday, we brought language learning to life with our Languages Festival 2025. From flamenco and opera to cultural and art displays, our campus became a vibrant hub of music, movement, art and discovery. Children explored new flavours, sounds, and traditions that deepened their understanding of the cultures behind some of the languages they study here at NAS Abu Dhabi: French, Spanish and German.
A special thank you to the German Embassy, Spanish Embassy, and Mexican Embassy for their support and contributions on the day. We're also incredibly grateful to Mrs Leanne Smith (Head of World Languages), our brilliant World Languages Team, all the parent volunteers, and our community partners who helped bring the festival to life: Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, UCAM University, IMIG Institute, Capital Dance Centre, The Goethe-Institute, Alliance Française, We Are Padel, as well as Elami Pastry, BROT and La Patrona who added a delicious touch to the day.
