All students must study the below subjects, unless stated. At the end of the course they will be awarded a IGCSE qualification in that subject.
Science is taught as Biology, Chemistry and Physics separately. All students have a choice to study 2 or 3 Science subjects. If a student studies only 2 Science subjects, they will be taught each of their choices for 3 hours per week. If a student studies all 3 Science subjects, they will be taught each of the 3 Sciences for 2 hours per week:
In addition to studying the Ministry of Education Curriculum in Arabic and Islamic, most students will also be given the opportunity to gain an (I)GCSE qualification in these subjects.
‘Core’ PE is a non-(I)GCSE subject.
