Art: Outstanding success in GCSE Art & Design Following the publication of the Edexcel Examination Board results last week, the Art Department is feeling very proud of the achievement of its students.

We knew that the results from St Andrews International School Bangkok Year 11 students were likely to be excellent, after all our art students had worked incredibly hard. However we were not quite prepared for such a high level of success.

100% of students gained between A* and C grades. An amazing 46% of students gained either an A* or A grade (this compares very favourably with the U.K. national average of 23%). We would like to congratulate our GCSE students on such an outstanding achievement. Here are some of the beautiful artworks that made up year 11 portfolio.
