Inter-House Cross Country:

What a great day!

We had some very good races… we had a new course record set only to be beat in the next race! The course is officially open and everyone seems to be enjoying it.

Congratulations to our Red Phoenix and White Tigers who, after many many races with about 300 participants, tied for first place overall for the Inter-house cross country.

Clubs:

The new club lists are done and have been sent to the homeroom teachers. Several clubs were oversubscribed and some students were given their second choices. Please have your children check with their homeroom teachers so they come prepared on Tuesday.

Children from SK – grade 12 will be taking the 3:30 buses home on Tuesdays and Thursdays until the next club season which starts on 14 November.

LFA:

What a great response to the LFA! The have had 17 people volunteer for the CISA event on Tuesday. They have also decided to run the trail themselves that day… maybe a new course record in the group!

The LFA will be having a booth at the CISA Cross-country event at LIS on 14 November at LIS.
