Global Campus - Students make a difference with Quality Education

As part of Global Challenge Goal #4 a group of IB and Secondary students are meeting on Saturdays to aid Polish students with their English through content (CLIL)

The content is tailored to their needs and interests.

What have they done so far?

They have met with the Charity Representative and discussed the individual students. They have formulated a team and agreed on a weekly date and time to conduct the project. They  have determined their needs and interests and assigned individuals to support them in different areas of the content.

What are the next steps?

The next steps is to meet the rest of the students and start planning some content related

materials to support the 1 hour sessions and to record the success of each session and areas for improvement.

What has gone well so far?

The conversations with the Charity representative have gone very well along with discussions with the parents. The energy and commitment of the volunteers engaged in the project has also been great

The project has been successfully entered the project into the Global Social Leaders competition.
