Message From The Principal

This Friday sees the launch of our ‘new-look’ Newsletter which will hopefully begin a transformational change in our communication strategy with parents and students.

Primary Children with a teacher in a classroom

At the bottom of the Newsletter is a ‘feedback button’, please do use this if you find the time over the next few weeks to send us feedback on the newsletter; what do you like, what could be improved or added and what could be omitted?

Staying on the theme of feedback: Following feedback from some parents, early next week I will be writing to all parents explaining the changes we have made to our Polish Language curriculum. Changes to the organisation of the school day both in Primary but especially impactful in Secondary has seen the number of ‘lates’ drop to a fraction of last year.

Congratulations to all of our students who have reacted so positively to our plea for a prompt start to the school day at 8.15am.

We have also seen a marked improvement in school uniform ‘tidiness’ with special mention going to our IB students who are fantastic role models for our younger children.

What a great start to term by all of our students - well done!

Alun Yorath

Principal
