Pokémon Go is back!

The House system was kicked off in style last week with Pokémon to the rescue.

  • Pokemon 2
  • Pokemon 3
  • Pokemon 4
  • Pokemon 5
  • Pokemon 6
  • Pokemon 7

Pokémon Go was the most downloaded app in 2016 as the world over engaged in capturing, battling and training these virtual creatures.

It only seemed fitting to combine this technology to get our students outside to explore and capture all 16 Pokémon characters. But the challenge did not stop there! Once they  had located a given Pokémon they were faced with a language challenge.

The students were highly engaged in this House activity all eager to capture the  different Pokémon’s.

It was an enjoyable way to combine technology and learning as the students worked collaboratively to become both Pokémon and language masters. But which House has started Term 3 with a roar?

Drum roll please……..
