Dear Parents,
After two long years of the International Baccalaureate programme, these students are ready to go into the world.
Two years of IB programme seems like a long time but for many of the graduating students it was only a small portion of their time spent at The British School, Warsaw. In some cases, TBS has been the only school they ever attended.
I believe that our graduating students have gained during their time at our school, an excellent subject knowledge along with a very special knowledge about themselves, that will help with their future personal and professional challenges.
Gaining such knowledge is not only a result of the two year IB programme but a tribute to many years of TBS education, starting in our Early Year & Primary Programme. So when celebrating our Year 13’s final success and the end of their educational journey at TBS today, let’s also appreciate the continuity of our curriculum where they learnt silent reading, arithmetic and long division in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 which was a new, but equally important learning discovery.
