IB News

It has been another busy week in the IB part of the school. Students have been going over their exam marks, starting their IA's in several subjects plus getting out and about and helping the school community.

It was great to have our students help with the Bread of Life collection earlier this week and we know that parents appreciated the help in the heat!

This week while we all saw the amazing work happening at the STEAM festival, the IB students were embarking on their own version of STEAM - we call it the Group 4 project.

The Group 4 project is a science-based compulsory aspect of the IB Diploma that challenges students from the different sciences to work together and explore a scientific concept - this year our main theme was ENERGY

Students spent Thursday and Friday planning, performing, analyzing and presenting on their findings, with some impressive presentations given at 3 pm on Friday.
