Message from our Head of IBDP

Well done Pre-IB Students!I have been very impressed with how our Pre-IB students have started this year.

It is never easy to settle into a new school, and these students have made it look effortless.  All who teach them have been really impressed by their attitude towards lessons and the standard of their work in class. On top of that, they look exceptionally smart in their suits, and are currently setting the standards in the IB – well done!

As you can imagine, we are gearing up for out IB residential next week to Lesna Ryba. It gives staff and students a real chance to embrace all aspects of the IB Learner Profile, while allowing students some time to generate invaluable bonds that will last throughout the year and beyond.  Parents, please note the following details:

Monday 16th September – All students should arrive at school by 8:15am and meet in the IBLC for an assembly, followed by activities here in school before we board the buses.

Friday 20th September – we expect to leave Lesna Ryba at approximately 10:30am and arrive back at TBS between 2:00 and 3:00pm – once we arrive back to school, students will be dismissed and allowed to go home.
