Message from our Head of Primary

This week has been full of children engaged with exciting IPC units and new learning in Maths and English.

  • CW 3
  • Chris Whitney
  • CW 2

In Year 3, the children were very upset about their rainforests being destroyed which led to interesting discussions in the classroom. This was a great example of how we use Entry Points to engage children in the learning throughout their IPC unit.

It is so fantastic to see so many parents viewing and commenting on the posts on Seesaw.  We hope that this gives you a snapshot into your child’s learning in school and the children have been very excited to see their parents comments.  We hope that you are finding Seesaw a useful tool to engage with your child’s learning in class and we will ask for some parent feedback at the end of the term.

Thank you also to Chris Whitney for the insightful Parent Workshop today, sharing helpful hints for parents for encouraging reading and writing for your children at home.
