Message from our Head of Primary

This has been a very busy first week back with our start to new IPC units and different experiences for Entry Points.

Each year groups has alos began to study a new text for our Power of Reading units. The children really enjoyed the last texts and we saw excellent progress in writing through using models from the texts.

Next week, we have a visitor from the IPC in school on Monday and Tuesday.  This is the pre-accreditation visit which will lead to us being a full accreditation next year.  Every class will be visited and there will be discussions with the children and teachers about the learning in IPC.  We will receive feedback about the things that we are doing really well and ideas for things to improve further.  We are really looking forward to this process to ensure we are continually improving the learning experience for the children

Kind regards,

Joanne Prabhu

Head of Primary
