‘I pushed the boundaries of his culinary ambition by learning to bake during lockdown. "I've always assumed baking was something I couldn't do - until I realised I had the time at home and so I tried it out and made a brilliant rhubarb crumble - delicious with British custard!".
“This quarantine, online school, stay at home was very positive for me. First of all me and my family spent lots of time together and another thing that kept us positive was that we could go to the mountains as we have a house there . We spent time together all the time cooking, baking running and hiking.”
