Message from the Head of Secondary

This week we have begun our virtual Parent Voice meetings and they have been going very well ..

Parent Voice

.. so well, in fact, that we feel this is the new way of working for Parent Voice. Connecting online means we are seeing more parents able to participate and thus we can benefit from their feedback. Sending in questions ahead of time, means that everyone gets their ‘voice’ heard and that we can address the points raised in a timely manner and answer as best we can then and there, or follow up and feedback later.  I will be sending out a document with the questions and responses made as soon as they are all collated.

We continue to be appreciative of our whole community and have benefited in some strange way from these difficult and uncertain times. Teachers are learning to teach in a very different way and, whilst we desperately miss having your children in school, we are diversifying our teaching practice all the time.  The students continue to impress us with their resilience to this new way of learning and we thank you for the support you are able to give them at home.

Have a safe and pleasant weekend.
