Kasia's Corner - Cotton ball launcher

Welcome back to Kasia’s Corner! Did you have fun with your bouncy balls from last week?

School has partially opened this week and I’m sure it was delightful to see your friends and teachers again after such an unexpectedly long time! Ah! Just the thought of meeting your friends again must be making you buzz with excitement! If only you had a way of expressing all that bliss… Fear no more- since sending fireworks whizzing through the sky is currently, well, illegal, how about we opt for something safer to shoot into the sky? How about some cotton balls? Behold, I present to you a DIY cotton ball launcher!

All you will need are two paper rolls, two rubber bands, some duct tape, a pencil and- of course- cotton balls!

Here is a video that explains what to do clearly (with some funky background music at that). If you don’t have some of the equipment, simply find alternatives- you are clever problem solvers!

Also, I want in on some of the fun too, so please remember to email me HERE with what you’ve made!
