Message from Our Head of Early Years

This week has been another busy week at Dabrowskiego and the children have continued to enjoy playing outside in the sunshine.

It has been great to see the children learning in such a variety of ways. They have been developing their gross motor skills whilst climbing and cycling and developing their fine motor skills, cooking, mixing and painting in the natural environment.

Year 1 have continued to learn the story ‘Peace at Last’ and have been developing their writing skills using their knowledge of the story. The Year 1 children also showed great spirit when they entered the 2km run this week. They showed great determination as they ran around the school.

I hope you have an enjoyable weekend and we look forward to seeing you at our Virtual Workshop on Outdoor Learning in the Early Years on 1st October at 9:30am.

Kay Parker-McMahon
