Health and Fitness Week

Before the half term break the Secondary school celebrated Health and Fitness week.

In tutor times the pupils and teachers took part in a walk around the school, chair yoga, a HIIT work out they could complete in their classroom, they listened to a video on health/nutrition and well being and had an assembly on CPR.

During break times pupils could compete in individual skill and fitness challenges; well done to the following pupils who managed to score the highest:

At lunch time pupils could take part in sports tournaments; well done to all pupils who took part and especially to the following pupils:
