Students at Prague British International School, part of the global Nord Anglia Education family of schools, are celebrating after receiving their IGCSE results today. Our summer of great academic success continues!
PBIS students achieving incredible results with 14% receiving 6 x A*-A grades or more and 74% receiving 6 x A*-C grades or more!
Jane Cordes, Head of Libus Campus at PBIS, said: “At such a crucial stage in their education journey, and in the context of a unique and challenging year, we are extremely proud that so many of our students have secured and been awarded outstanding grades. Special congratulations go to Šimon K for achieving 7A*/2A and to Anna B for her phenomenal 6A*/2A score!”
These results follow this year’s outstanding International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme as well as Pearson BTEC results and thus marking an exceptionally successful year of academic achievements at PBIS.
Jane Cordes adds: “A huge congratulations to all our IGCSE students on their phenomenal achievements. These exceptional outcomes are due to the hard work of our students, the support of their parents and, of course, the dedication and personalised approach of our teachers. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for them all!”

Come on, it’s not rocket science. For some people it is! A 2022 graduate from PBIS, Ilyes is currently working on his bachelor's degree with a focus on mechanical engineering, physics, and computer science at Sorbonne University in Paris. Apart from his academic work, he’s also working on a modest side project: developing a jet engine. His approach, in his own words, is to “learn as much as possible about everything” so he can apply his knowledge to real-world situations and make the world a smarter, better place.
