We are incredibly proud of our students’ achievements and all the hard work they have put into the preparation for their exams. The IBDP results are in, and we’re delighted to announce a 100% pass rate, continuing our legacy from previous years.
The best result of the graduating cohort was achieved by Luka with 43 points out of a maximum of 45 points. We are delighted to see that our biggest IBDP cohort has achieved excellent results across twenty-five subjects with this year's subject score of 5.22 points compared to the global average of 4.84 points.
Mark Buckley, IBDP Coordinator said, “We're always pleased to share strong statistics. What matters most are the individual pathways that have been opened by the hard work of the entire community: teachers, parents and, of course, the students themselves!”
Compared to the global average of 30.24 IBDP points, our students have averaged 34, which is a result that allows them to head to the world's best universities with confidence. PBIS students have secured places at renowned universities such as The University of Toronto, National University of Singapore, University of British Columbia, The University of Manchester, The University of Amsterdam, and many more.
It all started with her mother seeing a Latin American dance club next to Ioana’s kindergarten. As soon as she saw it, she immediately took five-year-old Ioana to try her first lesson. Years later, after hours of hard work and passion for Latin American and Ballroom dancing, Ioana became part of the Czech National Dance Team and until two years ago, when she decided to focus on her business studies within the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, she was a successful dancer. Studying Business, Psychology, English, Spanish, Math, and Environmental Systems and Societies she is now focusing on her future and a new dream; to start her own perfume company.
Did you know that Dance, Drama, and Music can contribute to your child's growth and equip them with skills essential for success in life, such as public speaking?
The One Third Story Writing Competition was an opportunity for students across Nord Anglia Education schools to celebrate internationalism and multilingualism. With over 118 stories received from 42 schools, the competition was a huge success, and securing a runner up place is a tremendous achievement.
