PBIS IB Diploma Results 2026: Exceptional Achievements and Outstanding Success

This year, our graduating class achieved a 97% pass rate, significantly above the global average of 82.6%, and an impressive average IB score of 34 points, compared to the global average of 30.9 points, with 24% of candidates achieving 37 or more average score points (maximum 45 points).

Across 25 IB subject areas, students achieved an average subject grade of 5.3, outperforming the global average of 4.9. In addition, 42% of candidates achieved 35 points or more, demonstrating the strength and consistency of academic performance.

83% of the Czech students who took English A and Czech A received a prestigious IB Bilingual Diploma and scored 5+ in both of those courses.

Beyond the results themselves, our graduates leave PBIS with the confidence, skills and mindset to embrace the opportunities ahead. Through the IB Diploma Programme, they have learned to think critically, communicate effectively and approach challenges with curiosity and resilience.

The achievements of the Class of 2026 extend far beyond their outstanding IB results. This year, students have secured places at universities across Europe, the UK and North America, with many joining institutions recognised consistently among the TOP world's leading universities.

Their chosen pathways reflect the diversity of talent within this year's cohort, from Applied Mathematics at Harvard University and Neuroscience through a dual-degree programme with Columbia University and Trinity College Dublin, to Biomedical Science at King's college London, to Aerospace Engineering at Polytechnical University Madrid, alongside studies in business, technology, the arts and more.

Many graduates will continue their academic journeys abroad, while others have chosen respected universities closer to home, including Charles University, the Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE) or University of New York in Prague.

Whatever path they have chosen, our graduates leave ready to take on new challenges, pursue their ambitions and make a positive impact in the world around them.
