University Update: Meet the future Medics We focus on the St Andrews students who have achieved great offers to study medicine. Medicine is an extremely competitive university course that demands exceptional academics results as well as engagement in an array of extracurricular activities. We focus on seven students who have received offers/acceptances from Medicine courses around the world.

Medicine is an extremely competitive university course that demands exceptional academics results as well as engagement in an array of extracurricular activities. It's a great achievement to receive an offer to study Medicine. It takes plenty of determination and grit. We want to congratulate the following students for their offers to study in the field of medicine.

 

Arin 

Arin received the Class of 2021’s first University offer to study Biomedical Science at the University of Warwick. Arin has now also received two further offers to study Biomedical Science at King’s College London and the University of Sussex, as well as an offer to study Medicine at St. George’s University in Grenada. 

Cherry

Cherry has been accepted to study Medicine at King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. A well-renowned university in Thailand on the outskirts of Bangkok. 

Ing

Ing has been accepted to study both Biomedical Engineering and Medicine and Management at Mahidol University and receive offers to study Medical Sciences at the University of Exeter and Biomedical Science at King’s College London.

Jasleen

Jasleen has received an offer from the prestigious joint Doctor of Medicine Programme - a collaboration between Srinakharinwirot University, Thailand and the University of Nottingham in the UK. 

Kazu

Kazu, whose offers to study Medical Sciences and Engineering at University College London and Molecular Bioengineering at Imperial College London, has now also received further offers to study Sciences at The University of British Columbia and Life Sciences at The University of Toronto, as well as Medicine at the University of Debrecen and Semmelweis University in Hungary.

Two students from last year’s Graduating Class have reapplied to universities this year and received fantastic offers. 

Kunika

Kunika has received offers to study Medicine at the University of Leicester and Medicine and Surgery at Newcastle University.

Matrix

Matrix has received offers to study both Medicine and Biomedical Engineering at Mahidol University.
