We are all very excited about our upcoming Residential Weeks. This term, many of our students will embark on unforgettable residential trips designed to foster friendships, build confidence, and create lasting memories.
From 21st -23rd January, our youngest adventurers journey to the iCamp in Kanchanburi, where they'll take part in a range of activities to challenge themselves.
From 3rd to 6th February, Year 5 is in Nakhon Nayok. The student will engage in a range of physical and personal challenges.
The Year 6 students will head to Rayong, taking part in a range of activities on land and water from 23rd - 27th February and 2nd - 6th March.
The High School Residentials will all take place during a two-week period from Monday, 19th January, through to Friday, 30th January. Each year group will have a specialist residential trip with an associated quality trip provider, who will support all the activities, adventures, and events they undertake.
The Year 7 Residential at The Wild Lodge promises an adventure-filled experience in Khao Yai National Park. Outdoor Education experts will provide guidance in this peaceful, nature-rich environment. At the same time, activities such as canoeing, archery, cookery, and bushcraft will allow our Year 7s to build friendships, bond through teamwork, and gain essential life skills.
The Year 8 Residential trip to Pranburi offers opportunities for personal growth and environmental learning. Our students will stay at the Sea Pine Resort and enjoy a series of fantastic activities: climbing, abseiling, a beach survey, visiting Wildlife Friends Foundation, and exploring Phraya Nakhon Cave.
Year 9 will enjoy an exciting week in Kanchanaburi, staying at the Royal River Kwai resort. Activities include visiting Hellfire Pass, Ourland and also engaging with cycling, raft building, and SUP boarding with Intrepid, along with team-building, movie nights, and quizzes. This residential promises to be a highlight of the year for students and staff.
The Year 10 Residential trip to Khao Yai promises an unforgettable adventure, combining outdoor activities such as river rafting, cave exploration, and climbing with wildlife conservation education. Students will visit an elephant sanctuary and explore Khao Yai National Park’s biodiversity, working as a team and fostering a deep appreciation for nature.
For their final, enriching residential experience, the Year 12s venture to Kanchanaburi. This trip offers students a unique blend of adventure and learning, including conservation projects at OurLand, zip-lining/ High ropes, trekking and visiting cultural sites such as Erawan falls and the Tham Krasae viaduct.

High School students are to arrive early at school on the morning of departure
At High School, to ease congestion on the mornings of Monday 19th and Monday 26th January, the Residentials will have staggered departure times, as shown below. We suggest that students arrive at school 45 minutes before their departure time, when they can leave their luggage at a designated point and wait in their classrooms until departure. Heads of Year will email specific details for each Residential later this week.
Monday 19th January

Monday 26th January

On both of these Monday mornings, there will only be drop-off access at High School. If you need to park on those mornings, then please use the facility at Gateway. Parents can collect a Gateway Parking Coupon from either the High School Office or the Security Desk at any time this week.
